Goibibo – refund received from Airlines not transffered to bank account

Due to pandemic my wife and son’s to and fro flights on 15th April 2020 and return 13th July 2020 from Mumbai to Malta via Istanbul were cancelled so on 27th Oct 2020 the Turkish Airlines refunded the amount (Rs1,09,976 -One lakh nine thousand nine hundred and seventy six)) to Goibibo and it was reflecting in my Goibibo account wallet on same day, that is 27th Oct 2020. Since then I have been requesting them to transfer the amount to my bank account but every time they ask for 10 more days and passed two months now. Presently, my Goibibo account wallet is not reflecting any amount since 19th Nov 2020, they say it has been sent to bank for transfer to my bank account but till date it has not been credited.

* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Goibibo.
