I booked a round trip air ticket from Doha (qatar) to Tiruchirapalli (India) through your Goibibo website.due to that corona pandemic situation all the flights are cancelled. After those long days I got a refund amount for one way ( Doha to Tiruchirapalli) and I got a credit shell amount for (Tiruchirapalli to Doha).
Now I have an amount in Goibibo credit shell Rs.10893 but i can’t book any tickets using this credit shell. During the booking I used my qatar mobile. but now i can’t login using my qatar number & mail id also. kindly sort out the issues and get me back this amount through bank transfer.
