Avoid Golden Gate and Prisha Poperties. They one of the worst developers, i have burnt my fingers.
I booked plot in Golden Villa Phase 2 in Dec 2013, Now it Sept 2015 nothing happened on ground, Still no approval from BDA..

the Staff is very arrogant, they opened this company only to cheat.. now they moving thier account and finance deparement to hyderabad.. to save or cheat tax to state governments
