i am planning to buy golden panorma tower number 1 , 1225 sft and costing is approx 4000 per sft.

its total costing me approx 62 lakh. i need to know the advice from you since i am new to it.

how is the category of the builder ?
hows the quality construction ?
is there any legal issues they have came acroos ?

what should be the way to check and validate. need advice.

also, i enquire about brigade omega, there prices are pretty high, dont know why.
