I booked GP lake view hotel in Nainital for two days ( 24 may 2024 to 26 may 2024) and charged for that.
But without my consent they changed my hotel and booked one another hotel Payal which was very inferior in service and cleanness. They didnot adjust rent for cheaper hotel.
Also not responded my complain on WhatsApp.
