I booked two rooms in Goroomgo Bhagwan das Varanasi from 25 Dec to 27 Dec 23 on 13 Dec 23 trough Booking.com vide booking confirmation No 4240773350. Goroomgo (Raju 8052722777) asked me to pay Rs 2000/- for confirmation of booking. I paid the same on 13 Dec 23. On 16 Dec 23 I received call from Goroomgo hotel for cancellation of booking as they said that they were not in position to make available rooms on these days. Then I asked to refund my amount.
Since then I am asking Goroomgo to refund the amount but nothing I got.
