Dear Sir ,
I have purchased Casio edifice wrist watch on 5-12-2016 vide order no 14101. And 14232. Payment method via credit card and gateway was payumoney. Total amount for both wrist watch is 5400/- including shipping charges. The customer care number always says busy call after some time. I have mailed them thrice regarding shipment but not getting responses from the above said company. Please do the needful in this Matter. Tell them to refund my money back in my account.

Dear team,
I have ordered men and women watch combo on grablon via order number 14056 on 3 december 2016.
Till date i have not receieved any information in this matter and nobody picks the call as well. I have wrote several emails to grablon but i did not receieve any reply from them, kindly see to this matter and help me getting my money refunded,
I paid via credit card an amount of 6499 and gateway was payumoney.
