I ordered a pair of earphones and got the delivery in about 15-20 days(around 10 days later than committed). After I received the product I found that both the earphones are fake. Such a low class sound that I couldn’t afford to keep the same. So I decided to return the same but was surprise that I wasn’t able to find the history of my order so that I can return the same. I have emailed n number of times to the cust. care id but nobody from the cust. care cares about the consumer’s queries. Their contact number is also fake.
Kindly help as by going through huge number of complaint now I can say that THIS WEBSITE IS FAKE and CHEATING ITS CUSTOMERS.

Please please take some strict actions against this website.
