I have taken Membership from them on 27 June 2022 for vacation package paying 72500/-. During this period the service which was provided by them was Two times Lunch at their specified Restuarant / Cinema Ticket & only once 1 day Room stay in Hotel. Initially Mr Sam, Sales Executive with whom I have interacted while taking the membership. This payment was made through Credit Card Citibank in installment basis. Now this year only once during Jan 24 I could talk to one of their rep who said they have closed their office opp Accropolis, Sarat Bose Road and are operating from Residence., They provided no further details. I want my money back and take strong action against such fraudsters from operating.
