I have ordered a product from Grablon (order ID: #14376) on 15th of this month. During order it was promised, the product will deliver by 4/5 days. Today is the 25th day passing. While I am trying to track my order it’s showing pending, though I got a SMS that product is packed. I have tried so many times in your customer care number, it was not getting connected. I have also mailed so many times. But no reply came yet from them. During the order processing I paid the amount through net banking. I am not sure what should i do. Now seeking assistance…..
