Ordered 10kgs of mangoes after seeing an advertisement on Facebook from a company called Greatword.in. I would have never ordered from this company but I saw the advertisement on facebook. Since Facebook is a trusted brand I also trusted the ad on it. I paid Rs 499.82 through razor pay and also got the confirmation but the product was never delivered. No phone call from the company. Now I realize it’s a fraud company but Facebook is equally responsible. I am sure they must have the details of this vendor as they are earning advertising money through them. I want my money back and the biggest lesson is not to trust facebook ads in future
