I have paid the total amount for the plot and possession date was December 2017 as per agreement letter. Till date they have not started the project yet and they are asking me to register the land. Well I have a doubt, without possession how can the land without any demarcation be registered in my name? What grantee is there that after registration I will get the plot of land?

What should I do? Should I file a civil case or criminal case as a breech of trust.
Or should I register and wait. How can I confirm if my plot is already registered in someone else name.
Kindly advice as I’m really depressed.
