Grofers India Pvt. Ltd. — Received payment by offering discount then cancelled order

Date of incident: 3 April 2016
Grofers company is cheating with consumers. They offer high discounts on many products and get payment and next day they call you and ask for extra money to deliver product and saying they can’t process order at this low amount. So please pay for the rest of money otherwise they will cancel order mentioning it was technical fault. What the hell? If you can’t deliver product at low price then why are you offering it. Just because once the customer orders from your app and then they will pay for the rest since they need grocery on daily basis and people who are working in hectic job schedule won’t have time to argue with them and accept whatever they say.
Those guys should be punished by law for cheating with customers. I have already filed complaint with consumer forum of India for the same.
