From last 3 months I am facing no connectivity issue frequently from GTPL broadband and complaining regarding to their costumer care. Every time they are assuring me to resolve my complaint once for ever and the next day the same issue is coming again and again.
I am fade up with this issue. I have clients based on overseas. and my mainly working hours are from 11pm to 11 am. and frequently in this time or most probably from saturday evening the internet goes inactive.
when I call customer care it is not a single time done that the call is picked by officer in a single try. I always have to try minimum of 4 to 5 times.
sometime it happens that they are switching off their call lines in night. This is very unprofessional behaviour of this company.
I have paid advance charges for their service for a full year but still I am totally dissatisfied with kind of services which they are giving.
