I Mr. Basanta Kumar Kamila having set top box no: 831700004092 with your company GTPL KCBPL DIGITAL CABLE TV & BROADBAND and being the prepaid consumer for the last one year. But currently I am facing automatic switch off of set top box in the end of every month, besides being recharged for one year from Oct-17 to Oct-18. Everytime I used to go to your office for this complain and after 2-3 days your company give us solutions.

Hence my complain is I want uninterruptted service from your side as I have recharged for one year as prepaid customer.

So, Kindly stop this type of unwanted , unnecessary switch off of Set top box before expiry date.
