Book ticket with Air lines however refund is not transfer as flight was canceled due to Covid-19
Dear Sir,
I Have Booked Ticket on 8th may 2020 , but because of Covid-19 It was Cancelled by Air lines now I Have Requested happy Easy Go to refund My Amount While they told me that i have to submit the documents of air lines (refund letter of Air India) when i talked with air lines they have told me that you have booked ticket with Happy Easy Go & We can Not Give Any documents direct to you , you have to talked with the intermediate consultant happy easy go.
i am not getting any response from both side, i request to resolve my issue .Details of Trip are mentioned below.
Trip id of happy easy go is 696961142903410190 & PNR no of air india is JX6KS &Ticket no is 0983760663310.
