Because of a medical emergency had to cancel the tickets , i spoke to airline and airline agreed on full refund and sent me confirmation on mail to connect with the supplier i have been chasing happy easy go since long even airline have refunded full amount to them but still i am getting no response from the team, attached the train mail conversation.
