HappyEasyGo – Refund Amount not given after flight got cancelled

Had booked a ticket for Go Air flight which got cancelled by airline. The airline had refunded the amount next day and shared refund reference number. HEG is not giving the refund by providing vague answers even after sharing reference number

Waiting for refund since 6 months but no update. Everytime customer care instructs to call after 7-15 days. And the answer remains same in every call

* Write HappyEasyGo in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from HappyEasyGo.
