I have raised a request for terminating/deactivating my account as i have been facing a very poor connection and its been 15 days they have not started the process till now and they have closed the ticket without my confirmation. I have been calling them from past 1 month (approx) for my internet, neither it is getting fixed and nor they want to deactivate my account.

PFA, i have also paid the bill amount for my connection on 22-jan-2017 and its been not updated on their portal yet, have raised a request for that aswell and my bill is still is pending.
