Hi,

I was holding a credit card on which there were some international transactions happening without my cocern so i have made az complaint to the bank in the month of may and as no actions were being taken from the bank i have requested for the closure of the credit card account and at the same time some 3000 was charged for me for no reason and the amount has been deducted from my account directly without even notifying me about the same, i have been contacting bank every month with the same issue and i have the mail proofs for the same and every time the same reply was sent from the bank without acknowledging the mail. I was completeley fed up and finally asked the bank to close my complete account and refund my amount but they said it was my fault and they havent refunded the amount yet and also i got to know that without my concern another credit card was also generated on my name on which every month other bills started generating with add on late fee charges on the same every month. and finally the bank representatives created a big mess on the same and then after almost an year i gave up on them and coming to consumer forum for the help,
