Sanctioned Home Loan (File No: 673180804) not getting disbursed at the rate of interest mentioned in the sanctioned letter.
I have applied for a home loan from HDFC Bank and got it sanctioned on 28.02.2022.
But now the disbursement officer is not ready to disburse the loan at the rate of interest mentioned in the sanctioned letter, since my property is already registered on my name.
The registration of the property was done with a pending payment of around 30% of the total property value by providing the cheque number which was kept pending. The loan was applied only for this 30% pending amount.
Although, I have clearly informed the reality to the sales executive before processing of the home loan. The sale deed copy of my registered property was shared through email to the dealing sales executive before processing of the loan. Also, I had confirmed with the dealing sales executive (Madam Sangita Saha) over phone regarding my property registration and it was told that the home loan could be provided at a reduced interest rate even if the property registration is over. I have all the digital evidences in support of my claim which could be produced on demand.
The issue was discussed with disbursement team as well as sanctioning team but the matter could not be resolved. So, I requested the bank to do the needful in this regard and provide me the disbursement of the applied loan amount, or else refund me the paid processing fee, so that I can apply for the same in some other bank. But there is no response from the bank officials.
