I have booked flat in HDIL Paradise city -SEC IV Building 4-Wing A-Fouth
Floor-403 in Palgarh west in april 2011. (ITS BEEN MORE THAN FIVE YEARS)

I have made total payment of 4.5 lac approximately and also some additional cost for the agreement,

Its more than FIVE YEARS and the construction on the site is not showing any progress other than the first slab.

I spoke with Mr Anand Almedia in person in your HDIL bandra office and he promised me to allot a falt in the first phase which is almost ready.

I sold my jwellery at the rate of 20, 000 in 2011 and invested in HDIL palgarh so that we get a house and we move in. It was meant for living as a primary residence. we are living on rent now. we have not receieved any communication from HDIL fro delay in construction plus whenever we call in your bandra office we never get redirected to the concern person.

So you guys have taken the money and now stopped answering even the calls of your investors.

This investment has caused tremendous mental as well as financial loss to us.

I am requesting you to either allot us flat in ready possession in HDIL construction somewhere or atleast cancel my booking and refund entire cost with interest & all the losses as soon as possible.

They don’t care to inform or update construction status. Its a total loss of five years.
