Please don’t Buy propertywith Helios Developers when purchasing a property. These guys are incompetent and don’t know how to do business. It has been more than six months and I haven’t been disbursed with the due commission I should have been paid a long time back. Don’t trust these guys as you will never be able to get any money from these guys.

We are really sorry if there has been a delay in the redemption of the Credit Note because of our shortcomings. Adding to this, we would also like to inform you that a Credit Note can only be redeemed after the approval from the developer, this has also been explicitly mentioned in the agreement, so we can do little if the Note haven’ t been approved by the developer.
