Ibooked an order for two easy chairs on HK Mall web site on 9th and paid rs 598 through debit card to Paytm.Irecd confirmation of order from CP- ESTORE conveying order no.#53007.HKmall is not responding to my emails. Even their customers service is nt responding. Their contact number is switched off.
