SUBJECT – ONLINE FRAUD BY HK MALL WEBSITE
My name is Vishal Aswar residing in Mumbai since birth. I made online payment on www.hkmalls.in website towards purchase of Boat Aavante Bar 1250 80w 2.1 channel Bluetooth Sound Bar v5.0 (Premium Black) with hkmalls website Booking Id 73851. The payment done through Google pay with upi transaction id 204974639507 dated 18th February 2022(Benificiery name is Vedarshi Fashion). I didnt received any order confirmation through mail of msg therefore I cancelled my order and requested for refund on the same date on hkmalls online website after few hours, but again i haven’t received any confirmation through mail and msg from them that will assure me that my money is safe. Therefore it seems that this website is doing scams with the customers by taking online payment and not delivering the product as well as not refunding the paid amount. This website should be ban online as soon as possible to avoid online scam with the customers. I request to Consumer Forum to look into this issue and save many customers like me. Hope to get justice.
