I ordered a study computer chair on HK Malls website on 21st Feb but till now I haven’t received any confirmation mail. I tried to call on the given customer care number but it is also coming switched off. I paid 1099 through Paytm and I even called on Paytm number but that is also coming switched off. The number on which I did the paytm payment is 9898971388 . Whenever I check my order details online it shows that the details will be sent on registered email id but till now no such details have been received. It is the top most website on Google so I thought it is a genuine site. Please look into this matter and refund my money and take serious action against these fraud websites as it is dangerous for normal public.
