We have ordered Trishna 10 Pcs non-stick set to Home shop 18. Order was placed on 21-Oct-15 and we have received the same after a week. But after getting the ordered item we haven’t like and same has been communicated to them over phone. After their confirmation we have courier the material to there respective address on 04-Nov-2015.

Then I was chasing them for my refund I made multiple call many times but every time they told me its in process, but still
I have not receive the same neither cheque/neft.

Request you to kindly intervene and help us to get my money back.
