After watching TV show of home shop 18 I have ordered a beauty care kit ( COLOR CARE LONDON) from telephone which is mat finish nail paint and waterproof eyeliner by cash on delivery. After some day we have got product but products are totally opposite glossy nail paint and non waterproof eyeliner. I complained through telephone in customer care but he refused to replace the product against wrong shipment. He cheated me and but totally deny for replacement. mkbhagat9 on
