I ordered LG smart tv on homestore 18 website on 27th June 2022 (order#1051)and I made a payment of 20,499 for the tv through credit card. After that I received only email confirmation that tv is ordered but after 2days when I called customer care at (8447740790)they told it will deliver within 4days and when I asked where they are located they did not provide address as well and I asked them if it’s in Bangalore I can come and collect the tv they said it’s not in Bangalore it’s in Haryana it means they are fraud company because they are not even providing company address, in one of their website it showed Haryana address and even that website is not opening now. After 4days when I called they did not respond and nowadays even call is not getting connected, I emailed them at [email protected] regarding delay of delivery for that email also they did not reply back after 1 day again when I emailed them it showed undeliverable due to technical issues and even their website is changing for 2days they are creating new new websites and once the new website is created the old website will disappear may be for cheating more people. My order number is #1051. I don’t know how to file complaint against this fraud company I want my money back since Iam in very need of it.
