I ordered a product from Home shop18.com in first week of july which i received on august .

It was roti maker brand smart life .BUt it didnt worked the way shown on tv.And in just one hour i told them to take product

back for which i filed complaint to them on phone.

Next day they called me up saying we cannot take product back .

I asked they for refund and they said straight NO.

Asking for justice so that other people should not be cheated.

There product is lying packed with me but they are not taking it back

Looking for urgent support
