i vikash kumar singh purchaged few products from online shoping company approx 8500/- during offer period announced by company.company announced 1001/-gift coupan on purchaging of 7999/- during 13/10/2015 to 15/11/2015 & also 500/-gift coupan on spice m5+ mobile.but when i received products gift coupan not provided by company theni called toll free no 18002580918 then represantative of homeshop 18 said me that you are not eligible for any gift coupan.i complain regarding this complain department of homeshop 18 but they denied to provide me coupan,i request him that i called on your company toll free no 18002580918 on 11/11/2015 at 9:35am at that time your customer care excutive said & assred me that you are eligible for diwali sagun coupan worth 1001/- & also eligible for 500/- on purchaging of spice m5+ mobile.i complained also from email address of homeshop18 [email protected] but they dont provide me coupans.i also complained about this matter from grievance officer of homeshop 18 they assred me to provide coupan worth 500/- but they said that you are not eligible for diwali sagun gift offers.
so my claim is that homeshop 18 cheating the customers & they misselling the products and due to homeshop 18 i mentally harassed.i request you that take action against above mentioned company.
