Not willing to give refund and are saying they would give only replacement
I ordered a tablet in homeshop 18 and the order was delivered to me on 11th sept and it was a damaged product so I submitted a mail for my refund but they are saying that they will only replace the product but in their return policy it is said that if the customer wants refund he can get it so please solve my problem.
