I have booked a bedsheet combo on 7th dec 2017 through home shop 18 with order no. 1018823389. The payment was made online through net banking with reference no. CN20171207076473229. The ammount was deducted from my account, but I didn’t got any confirmation message or email regarding the order placed by me.
I called the customer care no of home shop 18 & they informed due to some technical issues the problem arised. I called many times to their team & then got confirmation mail on 12th dec 2017 after 5 days of placing my order.
It was mentioned in mail that i will receive my order within 6 days i.e. 18th dec 2017.
& while tracking the order status in home shop 18 app, it was showing that i will be receiving my order within 3 days from 12th dec 2017.
I bought this product to gift someone on a perticular ocassion. but due to the poor service of home shop 18 team, i couldn’t make it on that ocassion even after 14 days time period.
Further to inform you that when i made various complaints to home shop 18, they asked me to contact the courier service agent named “Gati Couriers”. When I asked HS18 team why would i call them, i have booked my order through HS18 not with Gati, so they are responsible for the product delivery. Then day talked in a rude manner & disconnected the call.
Even i asked them to cancel my order, then they replied that it is already been dispatched.
Its been 14 days since i booked my order, but haven’t got the product till now. Where in at the time of placing order it was showing that product will be delivered within 6 days.
Even I called to their courier agent named “GATI” & raised various requests and complaint with complaint no. 32965818. But nothing worked & i Didn’t find my product on time.
Who will tell me when i will receive my product??? What was my fault??
