We have placed an order of carpets through HOMESHOP 18 on 27 Dec 2016 and pay the whole amount at the time of order. It’s more then an 20 days product was not delivered at my address and when we are trying to get the status from HOMESHOP 18 they will say it will be delivered in 24 to 48 hrs.

We have purchase the item to gift on special occassion , which now passed.
