40 pcs Storage set by Nayasa

Hi,

I ordered a 40 set of Storage pack from homeshop 18 on 26th FEB. I was away from home. My father-in-law received container on 3 March. Home shop 18 says we received it on 2March. Now the containers are extremely small. For which I called Customer care. Rep and complaint team refused to register my complaint stating Tat is over. I was not acknowledge about TAT. In terms and condition its written please report in 48hours in case of damage but it doesn;t says they cannot register customer complaint after 48hours. This is a misleading information for us. Representative didn’t inform about T&C while placing order.

Now I have spent 1200 which includes 200 of delivery charges for extremely small and worthless containers.
