Dear Sir
I ordered a mobile (micromax nitro 2 E311) from Homeshop 18 on 24 July 2016 and received it on 28 July 2016. I found that the mobile was damaged then I complained about this and they told me to return that mobile by courier within 48 hours and I couriered it on 29 july. But after some days when they were not taking any action then the courier man told me that they did not accept the courier. I got back the courier on 11 august. After that I complained again then they told me to send again by speed post from post office. I did it too on 13 August but after some days, I get that parcel back and postman told me that they are not receiving. Then again I complained and they are saying to send that damaged mobile again by good courier. I paid 6599 rs. for that mobile. My order number is 99776263 and Suborder No-133475411. Please take any action as soon as possible.
