I bougt an electric tandoor from home shop 18 date 26 September2017 with AWB no 84834059 by safexpress courier service. When i unbox the product i found the product has some manufacturing defect. And not working. I call the compony and they are saying we don’thave the reverse pickup facility available in ur location so you have to courier the product by urself and they are not paying the courier charge, only give some coupons of the 10 % of product amount, and said sorry.
