I ordered set of 2 jutis, AT classic Men’s synthetic and suede jutis (IND 10 SIZE) online paid Rs 675/- (order no. -1019005779) on 16th December, 2017 and the delivery hasn’t been shipped exceeding delivery expected date… And status still shows Cargo ready for last 1 week
But interestingly even though the product has’nt been shipped, they have already generated AWB NO. -1357617632578(XPRESSBEES VM) and the customer care is pathetic just fake assuring me that the order will be dispatched in 1-2 days for last 5 days. The message is just, sorry for inconvenience caused.
Please look into this issue or refund my money by cancelling the order… Or else I’ll complain in consumerhelpline.gov.in.
Resolve this issue as Early as possible … My first worst experience in Homeshop 18… Never expected this from this company when I have been a loyal customer for so long.
