HomeShop18 – Faulty product sent

I purchased DOMO SLATE X3G SE from HOME SHOP 18 on 28/09/2013 & got it on 31/09/2013.Order No. is 30794611 & Invoice No.HS18/AUG/ 13-14/0451.. But when iI checked it . It has mic & speaker problem .I did contact to HOME SHOP 18 they told me to do contact to service center of DOMO INDIA in Mumbai. I did it & sent the device to repair on 06/09/2013 & received it on 26/09/2013 after 21 days.But the horrible thing is the problem is as it is .When did contact to DOMO india service center they told me problem is solved .That means they are enabl to solve it.After that I did contact to HOME SHOP 18 & firstly they told me to do comlaint , they will refund your money or will give the replacement of the product.Now today they said me they can’t do any help or give refund .

If the service center is enable to solve the problem & HOME SHOP 18 is not refunding my money.

What do I do ? What to do?
