I need to fill a complaint against Homeshop18.

I have made an order of handi set in october which has an offer to buy 10 and get 10 free but we recieved only 10 handi’s so we have returned it back, after that we didn’t recieved anything from Homeshop18. On their website and app there is no details of order or refund. when i call them their executive is saying that they have sent some coupon code which is expired now and my money is lost.

First how can they send me refund code for which i have paid the money, second how there can be any expiry date for the amount which have paid, it is not a promotional offer coupon or refer coupon, it is the one for which i have paid money.

Second on their website’s refund and return page it is not mentioned that there is any expiry date of the same then how theycan do this. By doing this these guys are just making us fool.

Also after placing the order i am getting spam calls regarding frauds that i have won tata safari and all.

These guys are making fool and doing fraud by not refunding all the money and selling user data.

Please take an action against them
