I have ordered Nelcon 700 ml Aluminium Induction Base Non-stick Fry Pan from homeShop18. but when i got it . it is not induction base frying pan.

when i raised a ticket to take it back. They replied saying it is not falling under the Policy of Refund/Replacement.
