I have ordered a VLCC facial kit from Homeshop18 on 06 Aug 16 and paid ₹1068/- with my credit card. I didn’t received any call from courier staff or anyone from homeshop18 for the delivery of product. On 19 Aug 16 I got an email from homeshop18 that the product is returned back because I refuse to receive the product which is wrong . I never got any call from courier services. After that I called the customer care homeshop18 for the refund , they asked me to wait for 7-10 working days but till now today on 21 Sep 16, I called almost 4-5 times but didn’t got my refund.
