I had ordered a pack of 4 tops combo fro homeshop18 out of the 4 products two products were having size issue when i complained they assured they will replace the defective peices in 6 working days. After i enquired after 10 days that the product has not been delivered yet they were not giving proper answer and asked me to call back after 2 days, after again called they said the they have cancelled my partial order and they will give me a call back after 3 days they called me and said they cant replace the product and they want to refund me a rs of 150 for the partial product whearas i paid 1000 rs for whole product. they are not ready to repalce niether refunding 500 rs. the staff is very very rude and uncooperative worst service i ever experianced.
