once i ordered blankets from the homeshop18 but i was delivered different color product and it was not of the dimensions they promised that time they returned me my money as a coupon.next time i ordered a vlcc facial kit again the delivered product does not contain what it was promised sm products were different i complained them they were like a boss we can give you 150 rupees coupon,they are not ready to replace the wrong products.it is second time it has happened with me shopping from homeshop18.they are frauds they are delivering wrong products and they are taking no responsibility of the wrong and not even are sorry they are taking innocent people money and are not delivering the right products.
these frauds should be made to learn a tight lesson for not respecting customer
