Complaint is regarding to Refund money of products from HomeShop18.

I bought an product of TSX 7 T-Shirts of Rs.999+68 courier delivery charges from the Online shopping site HomeShop18 which based at Noida. I got the product by Delhivery Courier but after checking the product I don’t like the quality of product. Immediately I called up to there +911206189818 to return the product and refund the money. They told me to return the product by yourself with any national courier company…and then I did the courier to their concerned address which cost me Rs.380…later than I got call that we have received your complaint regarding return of products. They said will update you when we will received your product to us and will refund your all money product value and courier charges Total.Rs.1448. now before one day they received the product back and now they are saying as per company policy will give your return courier charges Rs.380 in the form of E-Gift coupon from which you have to shop from our homeshop18 website and if you don’t want as per the company policy we will give the 10% of product value..which is not fair at all.. it is clearly that they doing cheat fraud with the consumers in the name of company policy. My total amount I must get is Rs.1448 (Product value Rs.1068+ Return courier charges Rs.380)..

Such fraud online shopping company should be banned and immediately shut down. They can’t openly cheat fraud with the consumers in the name of such bullshit company policy.
