regarding return of product
I have ordered (order No 991303589)Nyasa 36 pieces set which was found not as per specification. So I had complaint for return of product but they refused to take back through their courier & told me to send through courier. So I have sent through professional courier on 19/04/16 vide receipt no Del512010275 to vapi at the address provided by company. But on 22/4/16 professional courier called me & informed that address given of vapi there is no office of home shop18 & they have already lying so many parcels with them. I inform company customer care about this & asked them to contact courier man & help him in finding the address but they refused. I wrote about my concern to their customer care executive. Ms Shivani Singh replied every time in set format. I request you to look into the matter & help me in getting the refund & damages caused.
