Hi,

I have purchased one Surya burner on homeshop18. Till date I have not received but I have called so many times in customer service. They say we will deliver as soon as possible. Products purchase date 12 August ’16. I have frustrated so much. Nobody take any action on my complaint. I also have called in his courier agency his name is Gati courier. His company customer executive was very rude to me. No response right manner. My product is having delay. Please help out. Today I have talked with two people in homeshop18 his name was Mr Archit or Senior executive Mr. RAJESH KUMAR taken call. Please do something.
