Sir I buyed a new Activa 3g in tirchy where they have given a scooty with manufacturing problem in wiring kit where I m staying in Mannargudi . The distance between Mannargudi to tirchy is 3 hours. I dont know such problems is there in my scooty when I call Rockford showroom in tirchy he told me that to come which is not possible for me to go there so I have decided to go nearest showroom mech Honda in Mannargudi even I give my scooty for first service where they not informed me about such wire kit problem when I went for second service they told me that you have a wire kit problem at that time I came to know about such issue then I immediately call customer care of Honda even they registered my complain on next morning the same mech Honda calls me another time to come with scooty where they are saying me that rat is bitten in your wire kit which is impossible I know that is cheating pls help me from this problem
