Dear Sir,
I have purchase Honda Shine on 13/5/2013 from your Innovative Honda Ahmedabad Showroom. It’s have been 4.5 months has passed but my bike giving average between 30 to 35 KM/L. During last 2 free service I have also specifically told to your technician about to Set Average but they have not do anything. They have just wash bike & nothing to do in service & not set the average in bike. Also one time special for this Average problem I have put my bike into your Innovative Honda workshop but still my Average problem not solved.Honda Company Claims 65 KM/L Average in Honda Shine but my bike giving half of Average. It’s a worst experience of this.
Kindly solved my bike Average problem permanently otherwise give me replacement of bike.

I had purchased honda shine on 12/5/2014 from mohali Honda and after 2.5 month ago and i found
Manufacturing fault and poor service at Honda service centre mohali honda, B26 , industrial area near PTL chock Mohali-160055(PB) .
Major problems in bikes are :-
1.Gear problem
2.Engine vibration
3.Engine main bearing noise problem .
4.Average very low 42 km/ltr .
I had taken my bike for service at mohali honda to check the above issue and they have disassembled engine by they are not able to find the fault .
As once the engine disassembeld then it reduce the life of engine and byke .
This show that honda providing us a low quality product mainly honda shine and make its customer fools .
I had payed full payment in cash so, why they are providind us a such type low quality bike .
Service at Honda service centre mohali honda, B26 , industrial area near PTL chock Mohali-160055(PB) is also very poor and staff is untrained .

I had purchase cb shine in 2011. Bike is so good.There is no promlems like above reviews. But only one prombem that is bike gives more jerk as compare like others. From this bike I became a curvical patient. So I sold it after 55000kms.
I have a honda cb shine. I like this byke for it pikup but it have no milege and it’s chain lose early.
