Dear Sir,
I Araj Agarwal purchased an active 4g 2 months ago from Aditya Sky Honda Chinhat Lucknow,but after using few days I found that from back side of kick portion very much sound is coming so when I given Aciva 4g for first service I tell executive while fiiling job form that sound problem is there,he replied that there is no sound its okk….i paid first service amount and come out from there..Shailendra Sir is also not there ,so first time I found that well known Manager is not there so this problem is going on that no one is listening to my complain..

I purchased Second activa from your showroom
For your easy way I am telling the number of both so u can track my records
Old Activa Number – UP 32 FQ 5804
New Activa 4g Number – UP 32 JE 2233 (for this I am writing the complain)
Above both activa by my name Araj Agarwal
At another outside old mechanic I went there and explain my problem he drive the activa and said that Clutch Box problem or where the kick plate is arising problem is there and yes the sound is coming,when anyone sitting backside put his leg on kick the sound didn’t come..so I request Mr shiva (aditya sky honda to change this as under warranty my scooty is)

But no one is listening in service area,all are using there mind as there is no well known technician in your Aditya sky honda service

From 2 days my scooty is with you i.e Aditya Sky Honda service
And today when I went Shiva said to me that problem solve but the same problem was there and he talks
Me on phone in a very loud voice..
So request u to please change the Manager for your proper service going on

So thus I request u to solve my problem and forward my complain to Zonal Office for proper action and again I request u to manage your service by proper manager after going Shailendra Sir

I am also mailing to consumer forum regarding this
